Every month, men's health (or women's health) has a "new" fitness routine for rock hard abs.

When I called the assessors office, they women thought this question was unusual and said that my agent should be doing a title search in order to collect this type of property information.I called my agent back, explained things and he then said he would do a title search. 

Sam Leon (above) is right - if it can't be vented you'll likely have to go with a condensation dryer and they not only dry very slowly but they never really get your clothes fully dry.  

I'm also glad I rarely see ignorant comments about women's rights on BP.

I think women in general are more approachable than men, and make better salespeople in most industries (real estate included).

I got in to real estate because I wanted to have all the time in the world along with the money, cars, and women, vacations, etc.

I had no friends, no family, no job, no college degree, a FICO of 540, 13 collections on my credit report, a box of clothes, and just 5K in the bank.

Are there other people who would be interested in some BiggerPockets clothing and other stuff?

She is a sweet old lady, but she uses the house as a boarding house for battered women and I didnt really want to get involved in that.
