Good Morning BP Members,My intent today is to reaffirm the value of cold calling, be it using the cell phone, in a seminar, food shopping, or any place where you have an opportunity to introduce yourself and your company services, etc.We all have a story and most folks would like to share it or listen to one that is sincere, professional, and passionate.Your communication needs to be brief to get your message across in a short time (20 - 30 seconds). 

LTV is based on whichever is lower; purchase price or appraised value.

A cell phone camera proves the point.

My cash PSAs state closing is to be x date (about 2 weeks) or upon completion of satisfactory title research and clearing + 3 days, whichever is sooner. 

I got rid of it a couple years ago when I realized my cell phone was taking pictures of the same caliber without lugging a 10-pound bag of photo gear around.

Objective is to meet his contacts, get inside, have one of them provide the introduction and you will learn about his operations (they know his cell phone # and routine but he's not been open to cold calling so you need warm fuzzy) .

You should also post follow up photos which ever way you end up going.
