I'm willing to bet that your flooring contractor is charging per sq. foot which means he makes more money by doing it the easy way.I'll be doing a flooring job soon and the only place I will be putting the flooring underneath anything is in the bathroom where it will go under the toilet and vanity only because it would be virtually impossible to install the vinyl planks in the small spaces between them and the walls and the tub.

you can go to turnkey reviews and look at reviews of a hundred different TK companies in virtually all markets and there is live or for real inventory on the site that you can view without getting in a squeeze page etc.. kind of like the Yelp for turn key companies.. 90% of the prominent ones in the US are on the site.

We virtually always have a qualified tenant resulting from the initial open house, but we seldom have more than a few qualified tenants from the original open house and we always have significant initial interest (20 to 40 inquiries).BTW no matter how much a potential tenant states they like the rental, if we do not get a completed application on the spot we have less than 20% chance of getting the completed application.

I argued early on on BP that anyone could buy and sell their own property without a license in any state just like Karen thought but I remember 3 or 4 years ago being corrected about WI... and the assignment issue you raise I suspect is the same in virtually every state.. just not enforced.. some states are starting to like my state Oregon Ohio FlA CA but I love the jelly donut comment..
