Hello Hunter, does your local MLS not allow you to syndicate your rental listing to all those site? 

Or you have to look for commercial or DSCR mortgages.This may mean that people on one side of the wall at your local bank (in the residential lending) might have no clue that they have a product on the other side of the wall (in the commercial lending side).

The syndications that are going belly up are getting a ton of attention in these forums.

Their model is similar to most syndicators right now, underwriting a cash out refi. 

This is why I only lend in first position.

I have invested into one of their syndication projects as of recently.

I was offered LTV of 54%, 6% rate from a commercial lending institution but that LTV isn't feasible for me and was definately a lower LTV than I expected.

But you'd have to be quite involved initially, especially to get access to better SBA lending.
