In response to your questions:Biggest q i still dont really understand is:- what happens if i refinance before 7yr term or sellAs you'll be the owner, you can refi or sell before the 7 years. 

Southbridge and Webster are cheaper as well.There will be obvious trade-offs in terms of location / amenities and price but i have seen good traction in all of the aforementioned locations.I'm looking for househacks for clients around central Mass and while they're not impossible to find by any means units in Worcester are typically trading at $225-250.

My focus is on finding lots or land for new construction, opportunities for fix-and-flip projects, long-term rental holds, or multi-family investments.At 42 years old, I have decided to leave the corporate world behind after 22 years.
