I do not know these programs but there is no secret sauce for HUDs.  

Another secret to the public, if the Realtor is bad the listing is owned by the Broker so a good broker overseas every listing.

Tarek and Christina don't even seem to have a "secret" if you watch the TV show.  

There is no Seller of a loan better than the next, there is no secret door to banks or funds, any of them will gladly take your money if they have something to sell.

I'm working on my third rehab this year and looking for the fourth, and I noticed (2) things to date: 1) either "The Secret/Tony Robbins/Others" positive thinking really work or the RE in my farm area is the shniz (Dallas,TX)..... 

They may have a lot of "secrets" that they will not share with you.
