Where do the other 4-6 people sit?

Do you like to sit in hot tubs with strangers and the cleaning issues for the hot tub.

I think it is on a Wednesday night each month but I can't recall which. 

They don't want to sit & wait around for everyone to get ready.

It's weird to me that I see here certain PM praised like crazy, but their properties sit vacant for a long time because no one calls back or answers the phone. 

Newer building has seen huge increases in insurance in the past years because of the collapse of the Champlain Towers and hurricanes, but that is over and there is more competition now in the market: I have already seen the cost of insurance going down -8% in the negotiation for 2025 in one building where I sit in the HOA. 

However you've collected your fee since its easy to direct buyers how to buy the homes in markets where there's no barriers and hundreds are available at any given time, and the buyer feels like they accomplished something despite sitting on real estate that will never generate real gains. 

However, the "restrictions placed by NAR" hampered that.I recall one company tried doing that with not offering an broker comp.

I understand that it might be smart to have a good balance of cash in the SIDRA in preparation of something like this, but that cash sits un invested.
