I am weighing this option against investing in an S&P 500 ETF in the stock market (historical 10% return).

I’ve been doing that with a few market recently, I try to spend a week just online trying to figure out the different boundaries/different neighborhoods, what the dividing lines are, what type of housing stock is there (I only focus on post ww2 brick for instance) than figure what the yields are in these areas, and then decide if the yields are decent enough on risk adjusted basis to bother to invest.

You either want a company that pays a dividend on top of guaranteed interest or an IUL that will share in stock market growth.

I think people are running out of spendable money for some things and the fast foods are trying to hide the fact that they need to lower their prices, in order to keep their earnings up for the stock exchange.

Just trying to understand what he means and where he means to reinvest the cash flow in order to receive the compounding interest which was described basically like investing in the stock market with an 8% return.
