From my understanding and research this area is a big hub for Amazon and other carriers.

Large cash flowing triple decker on a corner lot with great access to downtown, the Lincoln street retail hub and I-290.

The DFW area is certainly an exciting one as it continues to expand as a corporate hub.

We are located in Weehawken very close to the Lincoln tunnel near a transportation hub where about 15 bus lines converge before heading to port authority so I never wait more than 5 minutes for a bus.We have put in a lot of effort making the building beautiful by restoring details such as pocket doors, stained glass Windows and tin ceilings so my cap improvements have been more than a strict investor would spend but I see it as my home primarily with an investment as a side gig.

I use a Schlage SmartConnect lock managed by a Samsung SmartThings hub on Z-Wave.

Both suburbs have potential:Kyle has a decent distribution and manufacturing hub with its location between Austin and San Antonio as well as sitting on the I35 corridor to Dallas / DFW.  

Does anyone have any insight on what large construction of distribution centers (Amazon like hubs) can have on local residential real estate?

There are a lot of good jobs in this area being the tech and government hub that it is here.

In my opinion, it’ll be a central hub that will offer residents the opportunity to work in either Orlando or Tampa, especially if work from home continues to become the norm. 

It is ideally located close to a transportation hub where multiple bus lines converge making it a quick commute to midtown Manhattan.
