I want to know what is the best way to connect with cash buyers/Investors in the Rocky Mount area so that I can wrap this deal up! 

Just mount it right below where the lower outlet is and you won't know there's a hole there.

But given this is high rise, the truck mounted equipment can't go that high.

@Virginia Lyons I invest specifically in Rocky Mount NC, which is about 60 minutes east of Raleigh.

@Tommy Nastasi the college rental market is really good at the Mount.

Even if the 2000 year old trees all die, we have Mount Whitney and lots of bodies of water. 

@Louie Jhan Centeno Maglaque  Can you do simple repairs like replace a garbage disposer, replace a hot water heater, replace a motor or capacitor in a central air unit? 

I've used it for everything between roof repairs, A/C blower motor replacement, washer leaks, and general house cleaning/deep cleaning.

I tried using the capacitors on my air compressor motor but they didn't do the job as they were both a little different in size.I have gotten pretty good about troubleshooting the basics on heat pumps since I have over 20 of these things.
