Often people meet at the beginning of the year and report on achievements to date.

They have other nice benefits also such as not charging for appraisals if the deal doesn’t close, a great reputation amongst local listing agents with meeting deadlines/ great customer service/ getting the job done with no b.s. and they can often close in under 14 days.

We’ve just finished our 2025 planning meetings for our six largest projects, and it’s been an interesting process. 

And yes, to meet your goal doing this in 24 months IS viably possible, I've seen it done via 3 person team.
