You have logic on their side.

By that logic there are no good wholesalers or flippers because they should just hold the good deals.

You will try to use logic and say “but I’m paying down the debt too!”

You convince folks from the heart and not through logic, debating, arguing, or attorneys - you can "win" with the latter, but it's so much more peaceful & simpler to engage them as a friend & neighbor. 

Taken to the logical extreme, what if the 506(b) exemption is eliminated due to rampant abuse?

When you hear people saying there will be a crash soon, the only logic is "we are due for one" or "markets don't go up forever".

So with that logic, if two systems are improved and it's more than 2500, combined, would it not qualify under DMSH as you mentioned on your first post, or we can interpret ( more taxpayer-friendly) treatment of applying DMSH to each system first. 

It makes a logical sense. 

Does this seem logical to offer that low given the steep discount?
