I realize people are trying to make a living, but anyone who cold calls me is the last person I'd use for any transaction (plus I have people for that!).  

We live in Kihei now since the Lahaina fire destroyed our home, office and an investment condo.

I too live in Asheville, so Sapphire was closer than Cashiers and Highlands.

If you need the cash flow to live on and it will improve your lifestyle, then go for it.

I'm imagining something more like add a wall, turn a bedroom into a kitchen-living on one side and a formal dining room into a bedroom on the other side, maybe add a half bath in each unit.

Is it an automated voice attendant, is it a call center where you are routed to someone else eventually to get an answer, or is it a live, well trained staff member?

There's definitely a few things to note since you are residing in Europe, most of the investors we work with that live over there do put it in an entity but there are a few details for how that would work since you aren't necessarily local.
