If your tax accountant needs to piece together your financials, not only is it going to cost you significantly more, but it distracts from what you are hiring them to do (tax compliance and advisory).  

Getting your license will only be a massive distraction.

The $10k posts are a distraction from investing...need to get 1 deal done before knowing if we want 40 properties.

I would ask yourself if your pivoting your goals because you're getting distracted.
