:)Let's reverse the saying in the BTC/Crypto world - "NO CHESSE, NO KEYS! 

Our goal is to build a retreat center, self-sustaining farm living off the grid, accept cryptocurrency for payments in rentals and for purchasing of our produce. 

After all expenses 75kI then used this money to buy another primary residence, invest into more stocks/crypto and even start a new company.

Do you mean it's crowdfunding with crypto or like a virtual investment like owning real estate in Meta?

I know the government will tax me a greater amount if I just sell my cryptos.
