I'd take another 200K and just dedicate to my own fix and flips here in Indy.I'm a car guy and I'd take 100K and dedicate it to flipping old muscle cars which I have a history of.I'd take another 100K and put it some deals as a LP.Then us the reserves as needed

Doing anything other than that would be like a Used Car-Salesman trying to network with 5th graders, because EVENTUALLY they will turn 16 and need to buy a car lol.

You'll see more rentals than homeowners, cars parked in the yard, and less amenities.

I found a commercial land which is sitting beside Kroger, publix, dunkin donut, car wash. if i buy the land, i ll not have much money to invest on any other things related to that. so I am wondering how can i make money with that commercial land.

I currently do not have any student loans, car payments or other debts besides my mortgage. 

Less expenses: Stop going out to eat so much, trade your car for a cheaper one, sell the $5000 golf clubs for $1000 ones, 1 vacation a year instead of 2 or 3 a year because "I deserve it", cut the grass yourself.I am being a little silly, but seriously get on a budget and see what you need to do to cut expenses or where you can work a little harder.

Crime is everywhere, westside is gang activity issues, northside break ins and car/tire theft, etc.
