I would recommend going with an anonymous LLC name - that provides anonymity for your business dealings and increases the difficulty in someone bringing a lawsuit against you.

You do not have to use your home address anywhere.If you want a totally Anonymous LLC you would need to set up the LLC in a state that does not require you to report member names to the state.

To give you an idea, where I am (Raleigh-Durham, NC), we have these anonymous LLC's buying up everything and I mean everything they can between $200-400k.

If your tenants' place reeks you could anonymously mail them some air fresheners with a note that reads For your place, you stinky, gross pig-livin' human. :-)

This isn't likely what you want to hear but I highly recommend that you upload a photo of yourself for your profile pic, it'll help make you seem more like an individual and less of an anonymous entity.

I had watched a YouTube video of Clint Coons regarding creating a WY LLC holding company which in turn owns your individual LLCs to provide anonymity. 

That is true if you are going to open a "Plain Vanilla" LLC, however for those interested in anonymity, you need a third party and cannot set this up yourself.
