Neu is also a reputable real estate agency with MIBOR (Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors)  I would be willing to help any of you out of state investors to walk properties and/or vett them for you and I know Edwin would be willing to do the same.

Where we see a lot of others getting lambasted here on BP is due to compete lack of professionalism and communication.

There is no accountability for lack of professionalism and unsuspecting people pay the price.

Not sure of laws in MD, but generally speaking...We use a debt collections agency for unpaid balances.

The best we can hope for is "best guess" and move the pricing up or down as interest is shown or lack thereof.If a realtor says they can sell your house in a week, they are pricing it way too low.
