Despite its popularity, very few actually understand the asset class and how to achieve optimal returns.

My primary focus right now is Duplex/Triple & REI investments, with a goal of achieving financial freedom.

In all cases, the TIC and wholely owned NNN are going to give you more actual and perceptual control even though both are passive. 

I still remember the thrill of sealing my first deal..it feels like stepping into a whole new world, doesn't it?

We have late fees, pet fees (though less these days with the whole service animal abuse), parking fees in some cases, storage unit feeds, coin laundry revenue etc... it can add up.Good luck.
