There aren't any statistics, but that was the #1 complaint from all of the property managers I interviewed.It's very difficult to screen Section 8 tenants.Here is my conclusion:You may want to take Section 8 tenants, especially because of the pros, but keep in mind that it will be difficult to vet the tenants.

You then have to step in and do the deals for them.E & O policies specifically exclude most of the time investor agent activities because they know statistically it is highly litigated.For a brokerage on the residential side it doesn't make sense to take on or want these agents ESPECIALLY at low splits to the brokerage.
