Are you planning on eventually selling them as condos?

I agree that I am bullish on this taking the PHX market to the next level.

This can be helpful if you expect your property to become profitable soon.Save It for Later: If you don’t use it this year, you can save the depreciation for future years when you have more rental income.

I would get in there and learn as much as I can if you are physically capable and want to do more stuff like this in the future. 

If I terminate lease with PM_1 for this duplex end up paying commission of one year on one side tenanted unit and 250$ for other side vacant unit.3. 

If the agent can send you comps or sit down to go over them with you then you both can be on the same page.

I dunno @Mike Francis, this has come up before and I still think that you aren't going to get a ton of traffic from being on there.
