Coming from the tech world, I'm familiar with tools like SFTP, SSH and know there have been a few on the Google Docs and Dropbox side that have offered the ability setup a secure drop box in the past, but all appear short lived and I'd rather not send millennial rental applicants back through faxing paystubs and/or other sensitive information to me over insecure email or text messages. 

Most people especially millennial's (I know many Y,z and baby boomers that thought the same) endorse and support AirBnB.

It's my deepest desire to prove to my fellow millennials that not only is it extremely possible, but SUPER necessary to break away from the "standard" version of life and income that society tries to shove down our throats.

It’s even better in Colorado, since we have a younger than average population (Millennial heavy) – prime age to have kids.

As millennials get older and have disposable income to invest how do you think they will prefer to invest?

I would 100x rather rent to an illegal who can prove a consistant income history over a millennial with their 'emotional support animal' BS.
