I am sure there are several others on the board facing the same question as me regarding their next steps and investing career growth.Also, I would like to know if folks in So Cal (or from anywhere else in the country) would be interested in meeting up to discuss investing ideas and maybe forming a mastermind group and partnering together to learn about and then take on larger projects.As always, your thoughts and any advice is greatly are appreciated.

My priorities would be. 1) Spend more time with sellers 2) Mastermind with a groups of people in your industry & more important OUTSIDE of your industry as well.Find people who you would like to emulate. a) Intelligence b) ethics c) net worth Just make sure you are bringing something valuable to the party.

I just came upon a property which I need advice from the mastermind group (you guys).

Have been educating myself every chance i get, attending a mastermind group (not a guru), and looking to meet people with the same goals as myself and gaining contacts, knowledge, and friends along the way.
