Don't you have enough "Pro" people paying to afford a better mobile app (that can edit, quote correctly, add images) I use the mobile version of the website using a web browser from my smartphone - that does allow for edits, and I even think images can be included too.

After reading about the HouseFlippingSpreadSheet on J Scott's web site I am thinking about buying it since I am planning on doing my first rehab next year.J's recommendation goes a long way IMO but I was curious if anyone else has any suggestions or advise about this product or any other similar products they use and recommend.
