Good morning,I do have a question that I wanted to get some insight if there are any glaring cons in my thought process/future action.

@Lolo Druff Real Estate Investing is not like Trading Stocks or Crytocurrency.Real Estate Investing requires some deep thought and research from you as an Investor.Having 400k to deploy to multiple duplexes is a great start but you have some questions to ask and answer yourself.

In the future, please have all this lined up before you submit a contract.

When you want to exchange in to a property that might make the perfect retirement home in the future. 

When you bought this property did you intend to rent it out in the future?

And then I also want to flip in other cities and in the future some rental properties.

But if the lease terms are murky, if renewal conditions aren’t guarenteed, or if the airport authority could dramatically shift the deal down the line, then you should be asking for a discount..or at least some protective clauses in the contract.I’m curious... if you were to step into this kind of leasehold now, how do you think you’d explain the upside to your future buyers or partners when you eventually decide to exit?

Whenever you plan on buying a property in the future, do not take the seller agent word for it always do your due diligence and make sure you get a certificate from the township that clearly states how many units are legally allowed in that building. 

I'd use some stock photos till you can replace them.
