For example, if you look at building housing in Biche, you won't suffer from competition and can find buyers in all price ranges. 

After looking at close to 20 houses and not finding their dream home , especially in their price range , they were getting discourged . 

@Alec Jacobs it’s been a few years but when we did it, we got a ridiculous range of pricing so definitely get more estimates.
