It would be like if you charged slightly below average rent, but had a 4 month non-refundable security deposit, and people didn't notice b/c you could somehow take that security deposit out of their retirement accounts (home equity).It's super tempting just to play the same game they play - tack a couple points on, and focus on the rate and monthly payment.
