The neighborhood gas station/convenience store is the best place to start your investigation:The three-foot-high signs that say "WE ACCEPT EBT" mounted outside the doorway.The gas station does business after hours through bulletproof glass.At least two people coming into the gas station during a 20 minute visit who want the clerk to, "Pu' fi' dollahz on Pump 3."

now they just use it as an up-sale to get you to try and replace capacitors that have not gone bad or talk you into a new fan motor or convince you that you’re heat exchanger has pin holes so they can change it out.With that being said, there are still lots of good / smart / and ethical HVAC guys that can really provide and old school tune up and perhaps they can chime in but the newer larger companies just try to up-sell you on unneeded parts and “repairs”Tip: change your filters.

Side I'm living in: New vinyl plank floor thru out, new LED cans in living room, every room painted, added wainscoting in living room (overkill), Ecobee T-stat w/ built in Alexa (free 4 being in the industry), fully rebuilt kitchen w/ added garbage disposal, dishwasher, new refrigerator, new wall mount microwave, new stove, all new cabinets and counters etc.

In fact the whole line of Akurum kitchens from IKEA has been replaced so I can't even replace the doors easily with something different because the mounting systems are different.My new tenants are already moved in so at this point I'm inclined to leave the patch but what can I justifiably charge the old tenants?
