Just north of town 10 blocks they built about 100 mini houses about 300 square feet.  

I have my eye on a large single-family residence in Bethlehem, PA, but I have yet to acquire financing.

The local market has a lot of opportunities, especially if you’re looking into multifamily or creative financing.

I used to work in finance and we could get clients approved for a HELOC in less than 24 hours which will be much quicker than the cash out finance.

Buy a property with less years remaining primary but still financeable with good loan terms for higher cap rates close to a 6.
