Likewise, if you sat on your rear and watched the kartrashians for 1/2 hour a week for how every many years they've been dumbing down humanity, you'd probably have spent 2-3 days in total with the kartrashians for what result?

Good point Chris.Also just saying the partner gets money for the next property or we get money for the work we do.....better see your attorney.Lack of specifics in spelling everything out causes problems in a partnership.It's human nature to start thinking that one partner is doing more work than another.

It might be cheaper than arguing and paying the attorney additional fees, holding up settlement and fighting over it.I'll bet the contract and norm is to transfer marketable title, insured title, unless stipulated in the contract, if this is a last minute issue I'd guess it's just the attorney, seeing if he can get away with it in representing his client.There is also another issue so far as financing, if your friend is obtaining a loan the lender will require a GWD being insurable as well, exceptions are made for institutional lenders selling as the property is sold by a corporate body arising out of a foreclosure, a different issue than buying from an individual.Make it a lending requirement for settlement and that SWD may go away.But, ask, are there any exceptions being made and why?

storyId=19059595Also, on the National Center for Atmospheric Research's web site, they confirm that global warming is real AND caused by Human Carbon Interference....Now I don't know why they would be lying about this, but I would go out on a limb and say that they have the greatest expertise possible in this field.
