If you are hurting and are in financial trouble apply, but there are millions of business out there that need these funds and the idea that some might just want to take the funds cause its available could mean that the local restaurant misses out, or the local toy store fails cause they didn’t get the funds because they ran out, or the mom and pop hardware store has to lay off their employees for good.

There are also many bad PM companies out there because, again, there is little money in it and when the PM company fails, the client often takes a hit from that.I toyed with the idea of starting a PM company - lol - then wondered why the hell I would want to be the guy in between a hands-off investor and their money - lol - no thanks.
