We had someone deliver a 3 day pay or vacate, a 3 day comply with key/hardware, and a 3 day clean up or vacate.

Most of the major MSA's are already oversupplied with more inventory scheduled to be delivered over the next 12-18 months.  

Some will suggest making an offer contingent on a unit being delivered vacant.
