Can I say for example, "rented out x unit this month", or do I need to go over each day and list all of the times I answered messages, fielded calls, accepted tenants, did the lease, etc?

I want to cut my teeth on my first real estate deal within twelve months of moving, and I am interested in starting my investment career with a fourplex.

I used to like to meet clients in the field first and see if I'd also like to work with them.

If you sell or leverage your 2 properties and use the $100k you have you to buy rentals you will not even come close to making as much in cashflow as you make with your current career.
