The sad thing is that house, is now really worth about 100k, so missing out on it last year was a blessing.

My parents live in Lake Havasu......and I think I have actually witnessed a couple of people spontaneously combust, or it was just an hallucination from heat exhaustion.....either way, it is hot in the summertime!!!

I'm glad I got rid of her in order to receive a blessing of a peaceful person in my unit. 

we are in the Southern California área and thinking in putting either artificial turf or natural sod grass( the one is already grown) in the frontyard , it’s arpund 312 sf and estimates are like 440 dlls natural sod grass and 3400 dlls artificial turf with 0% financing options ( about 258 dlls monthly payments for a year)... some advise based on your experience(how about children’s, pets , maintenance, water bills, heat etc) and info you would know also... thanks blessings!!

The parents would have to get a court order to be able to retrieve their son's possessions and that, when released, I should take a witness and photograph the inside of the unit to prove I didn't take anything.Day 4 - The unit was finally released to me. 

I personally find that I try to pay the universe back by serving others, but it ends up blessing me even more!
