In my pursuit to get out of the shipping industry I obtained my real estate agent license in Maryland and am affiliated with Long & Foster.I am hoping to help investors find deals as well as residential home buyers and sellers fulfill their transactions and eventually build my real estate investment portfolio.

I list my rooms for rent here and then they put the listing on several of their affiliate sites.

(Zillow sells their leads more than once, usually as a shell company that doesn't appear to be a Zillow affiliate but that's how they can claim your leads are "exclusive to you" as they sell them on a dozen other platforms)

Areas will differ, as of 3 years ago even appraisers had a very hard time getting access to MLS, now they all must verify with mls, you MAY be able to become an assistant to a local broker, you can't put info but you will be able to comp properties or ask to become affiliated somehow, many agents have droped out so they are willing to collect your dues.

Their services are along the lines of:*  a CAD100/month online affiliate subscription with full access audio recordings and all tools and discussion boards*  a CAD200/month main membership with full access to 12 monthly meetings per year in any of Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and occasionally Ottawa and Kelowna.

I came to the conclusion that real estate investing was how I wanted to be affiliated with the real estate industry, thus labeling myself a real estate investor. 2 years went by and I didn't invest in anything!

Eric,Quick Response codes have been adopted for lots of irrelevant uses these days ... using them to encode a URI does not really leverage their potential.In simplest terms, they are a 2-dimensional barcode, originally developed about 20 years ago to allow encoding of Kanji along with ~7000 numbers).
