I have two incorporated businesses and I'm going to transfer a rollover into the i401k.Need the checkbook function since I use online tax lien auctions and they require an ACH of the deposit before bidding and then an ACH within 24 hours of the end of the auction for the final balance.Most SD custodians without the checkbook can't deliver the funds as fast as I need them to the counties after the auction ends.Checkbook i401k and SD IRA's can give me that speed option.

. :-/ It was by far the most discusting experience I have ever had. yep...this and other examples thought me one thing: "rent is payable on the premises in person by check or cash" This gives me opportunity to get inside and check on my place. prevention of such problems is the key. just because the rent flows to your bank account via some cozy ACH does not mean ...that the same amount will not flow OUT of your bank account when u have to restore ur place to livable conditions

I think that would be a viable option for a landlord.Thomas, my properties are managed by my management company and we accept direct withdrawal from their accounts, ACH payments, money orders and cashiers checks.So I do understand your plight as a landlord, but you asked for thoughts on the topic and I would never do that as an individual.
