I strongly believe in REI mastermind groups as well which I am looking for currently.

A host could easily collect up to three times more with a short-term rental (STR) than they would by renting to long-term tenants.Fortunately, we don't require a mastermind to see how this works.

Find some people that have already achieved what you want to do, and mastermind with them.

A collaborative environment where like minded people can mastermind is crucial to success in my opinion.

They have subgroups that you can join for commercial, mastermind or networking groups.

They also have national speakers come in and have Saturday training classes as well as several mastermind groups you can participate in.

Just make sure everyone in the group has something to contribute -- while it may be good for brand new investors to mastermind with experienced investors, it's not particularly useful for the experienced investors...so keep your standards high for your mastermind groups and try to stick with an experienced core group of folks.
