(Maybe an X$/sqft for Des Moines) How/where do I start to get actual cost estimates?

You WILL track with the price of oil and amount of O&G activity out here.Best places for A- and B-class SFR are north of I-20 business (except for D-class SFR), North/East of Andrews Highway/191, and west of Big Spring/Lamesa Highway.

I think its been such an old built in/ beaten in / grind into a lot us from the old days when everyone was on a 1st of the month payment. 

The haters will say it doesn't look like the Ford F-150.

Lender wouldn't let have  the house unless i paid the car off. i gave the title company a check made out to Ford for $13,000 and that 13k shows up as closing cost on the paper work.I'm just saying maybe you don't have to pay it off.

Every week or month a job drags on over schedule cost a lot...used to cost me $10-20k a month minimum. 

I use an old ford explorer with no back seats and homemade utility trailer

For some reason I never see any Kia's, not sure why, or Ford lightnings.
