Here's what I got going on so farCreated my Company "Coastal Sunrises" which focuses on STR Management/co-hosting, and am in the building process right now for my systems and I'm essentially looking to build every one of them to scale with so I am okay with taking a hit to profits immediately if that means paying employees/va's while I'm not managing a ton of properties.

Lucky enough to belong to an incredible network in Denver (CO) but as we add operations, properties and an arm of our design business down here I am itching to join something similar!

He is based out of Colorado City but manages Snyder, Sweetwater, Big Spring, Colorado City, and just began expanding into Abilene.

Seems more like a co-op setup if you think of it; just worse.

I'm hunting down pre-foreclosures to flip (my backyard is in the $250k-$450k+ range), and then putting that cash in a neighborhood in southern CO with lower property values that cash flow.

Looked at Colorado Springs and a few other places, but fell in love with Raleigh for the trees, access to both mountains and beach, and STR does really well here.

Do you have a relative that would be willing to co-sign?
