My cousin told me about this man Reza Mohktarian and how he is a successful public trader and made successful trades for the public (periscope) but now discloses them in his monthly program for only $97 a month.I was very shocked by this news but when I looked into it better I saw some very bad reviews on his previous entity CTM (Capital Trust Entities) and how it was a scam but nothing poor about his recent programs.

Bitcoin will never generate a return and pay dividends, you can’t rent it out to tenants for profit, you can’t improve it to increase its value to borrow against.I’m thankful for it, it will keep a bubble from happening in REI, for now anyway.

For some investors, it wouldn't make sense to hold on to a property for 20 years, they simply like to add as much value as possible and get rid of it, and be in constant acquisition mode.Just like the stock market, you can play the game as a "trader", or as an actual investor, both ways you can make money, but then again, what is your strategy?

Lastly, if you have a trader's mentality (frequent buying and selling), your strategy should be different than a buy and hold type investor. 

Try asking your banker to loan you money for 30 years to buy yourself some stock or bitcoin lol.
