Compare houses to one another.BE WARNED: Do your due-diligence and do your numbers before making a purchase.

However i will warn you many title companies will  not insure a tax sale. you have to deal with a title company that has a clue what they are doing.I never have anyone do a full title workup for me before the sale.

Give them a warning that the next time they miss a payment we will take them to small claims court.2.
