I know things cant be perfect, but some things I thought will be fixed:things i wanted fixed:flooring - is a bit dented on one of the units, living room - seems like they just did a quick flip, and floor tiles are not perfect and levelwasher dryer - no hookups and none present - wanted at least a hookup or one in one unitpipe diagram - this i believe should be a must, since i want to know where the pipes run behind the walls. documentation of the flip/fix so I have public records as the new owner on what they actually didrefrigerator/microwaves - this is a must, seller claims broker told me these will not be provided..Not sure what seasoned investors do usually at this point (probably they fix rehab things themselves).

He stayed a further 3 years and repeated the same pattern of odd sized payments 4 times and once getting ahead by 25 days earning him a rent discount of 10% that month.He was not the only tenant that paid in odd amounts, only my best experience.

If I owned a property I wouldn't let you suck up access to my property without a contract in place, especially if you needed to get multiple rehab quotes which tells me right away you're new at this and likely to pass out when you find out there's a crack in a tile or a leaky faucet.

They also opened a box of linoleum tiles I had in the basement and used them to create a walkway in the basement.So to shorten this a bit, i talked to a lawyer and sent them a 30 notice of breach of lease.

It looks clean and contemporary.At my store (I run a local tile shop) we have 24x48" tiles which would allow for even less grout lines.
