I have a unique situation with an inherited IRA from a sibling that passed a few years ago.

Immediate family is defined as spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, grandchild, stepparent, stepchildren, stepsibling and anyone in an adoptive relationship.

The logistics were that there was nowhere else to go where she could recieve good care (my gf's siblings don't care even 1/10th of what she does).

When they passed away, the three siblings split it 3 ways.
