I agree, it won't be easy learning new players and a new offense but he's got enough experience and passion for the game to make up for his age.

It's all possible, and passion for the project helps.

Maybe the OP discovers a previously unknown passion for something they unknowingly are better than most people at doing. 

Besides that I figured if I would surround myself with people who share the same passion as me, it would help keep everything in perspective.

I've been doing online marketing for years but I cracked the code about a year ago and the business picked up very nicely :)I am very passionate about real estate, marketing, and the internet.

lol it seems that lately, my passion for real estate keeps me up at night, and jump starts my morning.

this industry is way too fun. if you're doing something that you have to retire from, i wonder if you're truly doing your passion.
