The reason is because of people, operations and the nature of the business.

Dear Tenant: Upon further consideration, since the quality of the well water was due to Mother Nature and I took immediate action to rectify the situation when informed, I do not feel that compensation is warranted.

My experience has taught me that it is just a human nature to seek the most benefit for them at any cost, even if it means harming someone who facilitates profitable transaction serving their interests.

The group we purchased from came in and did a beautiful high end renovation on all 100 units.

Maybe because there are more low income areas people assume the tenants will just naturally be bad or something, but that hasn't been my experience and kind of a negative stereotype in my opinion. 

I have bought and sold six homes, had one beautiful flip, and kept one duplex that was a BRRR score and currently building two more duplexes with the opportunity for one more that is build ready.  

Beautiful city, near the coast and mountains, a ton of businesses moving into the area, large demand for property, etc etc.

Save the time and money on beautiful floors for when you go to sell.

Most people wont go that extra step.Oh, and by the way, don't send beautiful well designed post cards.
