If you do not have a desire and find you do not have a natural ability don't bother you will only injure or kill your self...hire contractors.A good contractor/renovator  knows that unless you cut a body part completely off your body will heal itself.

That lawsuit is a claim for fraud, and that’s what fraud typically is...a misunderstanding and someone being “injured” and wanting to hold the other responsible for it.

There is a reasonable chance that if someone were injured during a shooting that you hosted that you could be found liable as it may be a ultra hazardous activity, and so strict liability could apply, but that is not a given either.
