After all, a proposed end to 1031 exchanges obviously means RE investing is now akin to owning a company that makes horse and buggy whips.

Lots of conflicting info on the internet so don't know what to believe Well at least you're grabbing the reins and jumping on the horse, congrats to you for that...so many people just sit around and do absolutely nothing! 

In addition to the great advice provided already I'd just remind you that being an investor is a journey and not a race.

Previously you could exchange all kinds of assets like trucks, horses etc.

They're having the same mental health crisis that's hitting the Zoomers, but rather than culturally induced madness, it's the complete lack of anything resembling a reasonable opportunity that's causing a lot of Chinese youth to basically drop out of the rat race.
