Ik this isn’t a get rich quick life so I’m here for the long haul but a motivational pick me up is due.

The more you make the meetups about sharing info and collaboration, the better access to deals you will have over the long haul.

You CAN still buy real estate if you are in it for the long haul and the cash flow makes sense to you. 

Now if this is statistical growth over 1 month and it takes 12-18 months for a vaccine to become widely available one would have to conclude that they must make plans for a long haul and not simply think that it will disappear in 1-2 months of hiding.

For example, I am seriously toying with two options, one is to apply last month's rent and security deposit as rent, but this is only to last two months.

Depending on how extreme this gets I have toyed with temporarily dropping the monthly rent.
