The iconic burger chain has confirmed plans to open its second-largest location at the BLVD shopping complex across from Aria.

As long as the location was in the path of progress, and the units themselves had already or the ability to add features like off street parking, in unit laundry, etc. 

Cabins are a different beast, I have 10 at another campground I built- Broad River Campground located in Mooresboro, NC (Has Cabins/Domes/RV Sites, Tent Sites)Cabins are sexy to talk about for sure, but you are now entering the hotel business my friend.

For me, I've found that as I hone in on a location and an asset class, everything gets easier. 

Both properties are located on the east side of Houston and present solid investment opportunities.

This is located in a tourist lake/ski town with extremely high demand for lodging.  

I'd say it's a good deal considering you are in a location you want to be with a solid asset.

Start small with one property, choose a strategic location, stay transparent with lenders, and ensure tax compliance.
