In a syndication (especially if you’re not in the country) you’re somewhat dependent on the lead to figure it out.Here’s where I see the fly in the ointment.

@Steve Vaughan  I don't know just rolled in from 30 hours of flying in from Singapore.I suppose if she gave a mortgage or trust deed.without it its just a personal loan to some LLC.. but who knows maybe its one of those rare opportunities.. in Oregon it would be usury.don't know about that state.

It will convert pictures of paper invoices or whatever into PDFs on the fly wherever you are and you can email them to yourself, then either put them in an email folder for each property, or what I do, download them from email and save them in dropbox (I prefer this over google drive) which uses normal windows folder, and organize digital folders for each property and have subfolders for insurance, loans, tenants, appliances, repairs, you name it.

Also, these deals fly in less than half a day with no time for a detailed due diligence.

One thing that really says that you're doing well is when people make a verb out of your company's name, Google being the most obvious example, Hoover, etc. :)

I want to take the leap right to of the gate so I am forced to learn on the fly. i know only some thing you can learn through doing.

My gut says that would not fly, but then again, HML don't seem bound to the same standards as conventional.
